Which channel should you use for which problem?

Bonus bet not credited, bet settled wrong, odds error: live chat. Have your username, the date and a screenshot ready, and ask for the outcome in writing. Check the promo terms first: I did not receive my bonus bet.
Identity checks and documents: the upload in your account or the channel the sportsbook asks for, so there is a record.
Withdrawal delayed: check its status in your account first, then chat with the withdrawal reference (How to deposit and withdraw at sportsbooks).

How to write to support so it is solved the first time

Give your username and the email on the account, and the state where you play (never your password or full SSN in a chat).
Describe one problem per message, with the date, the amount and the bet or withdrawal ID.
Attach a screenshot of the bet slip, the promo or the error.
After a chat or a call, ask for a written confirmation and keep the case number.
Stay factual: limiting promos on an account is a business decision the agent cannot reverse, but your verified cash balance must still be paid out.

What if the sportsbook does not answer?

Send a written follow-up with your case number and use the complaints procedure in the sportsbook’s terms. If that gets nowhere, every state that licenses online sportsbooks has a gaming regulator that handles player disputes with its licensees; the sportsbook’s terms or responsible gaming page name the regulator for your state. You must be 21 or older (18 in a few states) and located in a state where the sportsbook is licensed to bet. Gambling can be addictive: call or text 1-800-GAMBLER for free, confidential help. Live chat in the app or the help center: almost every sportsbook on this page offers it around the clock, often with a bot first that hands you to an agent. Phone support is rare (Caesars, BetMGM in some states, Hard Rock in three states); DraftKings and Fanatics only take voicemails and call back.

US sportsbooks must verify your identity and age before you can bet or withdraw. Upload the documents in your account or through the secure link the sportsbook sends you; never send a full SSN or ID photo in an ordinary chat or email unless the sportsbook asks you to on its official channel.

Usually not: limiting stakes or excluding an account from promos is the sportsbook’s business decision, and agents cannot reverse it. You can still ask which limits apply, and your cash balance must be paid out once your account is verified.

Your username, the promo name, the date and amount of the qualifying bet with its bet ID, and a screenshot of the promo terms you met (minimum odds, opt-in, deadline). Ask the agent to confirm in writing whether the bonus bet will be credited and when. If you missed a condition, it will not be.

Each sportsbook publishes processing times per method, from minutes for some instant options to several business days for bank transfers or checks. Check the withdrawal status in your account first; if it shows as processed and the time has passed, ask support for the date and the transaction reference.

Art. 1 — Free membership

Registering for free gives you access to a limited version of the content and tools reserved for subscribers. The Free membership costs nothing and you can close your account whenever you like.

Art. 2 — Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Premium, NinjaSure and the other plans offered on the site) are open-ended contracts, billed in advance for periods — monthly, six-monthly or yearly — depending on the plan you choose. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

At the end of each period you have already paid for, the next period is charged automatically to the payment method you provided, at the same price, until you cancel. You authorize this recurring charge when you subscribe.

Some plans may be offered with a 24-hour free trial, once per product. Nothing is charged during the trial. When the 24 hours end, the subscription automatically continues as a paid one, at the price of the plan you chose and with the renewals described above, unless you cancel before the trial ends — in which case nothing is charged.

You can cancel at any time from the "Profile" page of the site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until that date and nothing further is charged. Periods already started are not refunded — see Art. 4.

Art. 3 — NinjaTrading and NinjaMasterclass

NinjaTrading and NinjaMasterclass are one-off purchases: a single payment gives you unlimited-time access to the guides and materials included. They do not renew and do not create recurring charges.

They are digital content delivered without a physical medium. Access begins immediately after purchase and these purchases are final.

Art. 4 — Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Profile" page, in a few clicks and without contacting support. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, including for a period that has only partly been used. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not reverse the last one.

Renewals. Each renewal is a continuation of the same subscription at the same price. We charge only the amounts disclosed to you at sign-up, and you can stop them at any time by cancelling.

Art. 5 — Billing, prices and payments

The subscription fee is charged in advance, when you subscribe and then at each renewal of the period, to the payment method you provided. The billing day may shift, for example if a charge fails or if a month does not contain the corresponding day.

The price you pay stays the same for the whole life of your subscription, renewals included. If we change plan prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only: we never raise the price of a subscription that is already active.

To change the payment method of a subscription that is already active, write to us at the address shown below and we will take care of it, or cancel the subscription and subscribe again with the new method. If you pay through PayPal, you can also change the funding source directly in your PayPal account. If a charge fails, we may suspend access to the paid tools until a valid payment is recorded; we email you before suspending.

The content and tools on NinjaBet.com are for your personal use and may change over time.

The odds and data we publish come from external sources and are updated automatically: they may contain errors, delays or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of the information, and the betting decisions you make remain your own.

We promise no financial result. Any example of earnings or returns is illustrative and is not a guarantee.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.
