How +EV Picks work

   The fair price

   For every match we read the consensus of the worldwide betting market and turn it into a fair price for each outcome. Odds above that price carry value.

2. 2

   Only real, verified bets

   A pick is a bet a member placed and saved in the Bet Tracker. We check the saved odds against what ValueBet showed at that moment, before kick-off. Edited odds, profit boosts and staff accounts never count.

   A mechanical selection

   Up to 3 picks a day, one per match: the highest edge among the verified bets at least 60 minutes before kick-off. Nobody hand-picks them.

4. 4

   Variance is part of it

   A value pick still loses often: odds of +120 win less than half the time. The edge shows over hundreds of picks, which is why the record counts every single one.

What is a +EV pick?

Why don't you name the sportsbook?

Closing line value: how the odds you took compare with the fair price just before the start. Beating the closing price consistently is the clearest sign that a pick had value, whatever its result.
