Art. 1 — Free membership

Registering for free gives you access to a limited version of the content and tools reserved for subscribers. The Free membership costs nothing and you can close your account whenever you like.

We may change what the Free plan includes. If a change materially reduces the service, we tell you by email.

Art. 2 — Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Premium, NinjaSure and the other plans offered on the site) are open-ended contracts, billed in advance for periods — monthly, six-monthly or yearly — depending on the plan you choose. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

At the end of each period you have already paid for, the next period is charged automatically to the payment method you provided, at the same price, until you cancel. You authorize this recurring charge when you subscribe.

Some plans may be offered with a 24-hour free trial, once per product. Nothing is charged during the trial. When the 24 hours end, the subscription automatically continues as a paid one, at the price of the plan you chose and with the renewals described above, unless you cancel before the trial ends — in which case nothing is charged.

You can cancel at any time from the "Profile" page of the site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until that date and nothing further is charged. Periods already started are not refunded — see Art. 4.

Login credentials are personal and an account may be used by one person only.

Art. 3 — NinjaTrading and NinjaMasterclass

NinjaTrading and NinjaMasterclass are one-off purchases: a single payment gives you unlimited-time access to the guides and materials included. They do not renew and do not create recurring charges.

They are digital content delivered without a physical medium. Access begins immediately after purchase and these purchases are final.

Art. 4 — Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Profile" page, in a few clicks and without contacting support. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, including for a period that has only partly been used. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not reverse the last one.

Renewals. Each renewal is a continuation of the same subscription at the same price. We charge only the amounts disclosed to you at sign-up, and you can stop them at any time by cancelling.

If you believe you were charged in error, write to [email protected] and we will look into it.

Art. 5 — Billing, prices and payments

The subscription fee is charged in advance, when you subscribe and then at each renewal of the period, to the payment method you provided. The billing day may shift, for example if a charge fails or if a month does not contain the corresponding day.

The price you pay stays the same for the whole life of your subscription, renewals included. If we change plan prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only: we never raise the price of a subscription that is already active.

To change the payment method of a subscription that is already active, write to us at the address shown below and we will take care of it, or cancel the subscription and subscribe again with the new method. If you pay through PayPal, you can also change the funding source directly in your PayPal account. If a charge fails, we may suspend access to the paid tools until a valid payment is recorded; we email you before suspending.

Art. 6 — Liability

The content and tools on NinjaBet.com are for your personal use and may change over time.

The odds and data we publish come from external sources and are updated automatically: they may contain errors, delays or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of the information, and the betting decisions you make remain your own.

We promise no financial result. Any example of earnings or returns is illustrative and is not a guarantee.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.

Each user is responsible for the content they post in the community areas of the site and, by making it public, authorizes its reproduction on the site.

Art. 7 — Links to third-party websites

This site includes links to third-party websites, offered for your convenience. They are outside our control: we are not responsible for their content, their availability or the terms they apply, and the presence of a link is not an endorsement.

Art. 8 — Use of the service and account closure

You must be at least 18 years old to use NinjaBet.com.

You agree to provide accurate details, not to share your login credentials, and not to use the service in breach of the law or in a way that damages how it works.

Our tools are for your own personal use through the site. You may not query them by automated means — scripts, bots, scrapers or any other program — and you may not generate a volume of requests beyond what normal manual use produces. We apply technical limits to the number of requests per account, and where automated use or a volume that affects the service continues, we treat it as a serious breach under the paragraph below. We may authorise an exception in writing.

The data our tools return, and any alert or selection derived from it, is for your own use. You may not share, publish, resell, redistribute or otherwise make it available to anyone else, whether free or paid and by any channel, including messaging groups and channels, feeds and third-party services. This applies whether the data is passed on as we supply it or after processing.

If we find a breach we contact you stating the reason and give you 14 days to put it right. If the breach continues, or in the case of a serious breach — fraudulent use, account sharing, unlawful activity — we may suspend or close the account with immediate effect.

If we close your account for a reason that is not attributable to you, we refund the unused portion of your subscription.

All content on the site — software, documentation, text, images and the logo — belongs to ITAR BG LTD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction is prohibited.

Art. 9 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country or state where you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

What we collect

Almost all of it is data you give us yourself. The rest is what your browser sends when you visit.

Account details

Your email address, your password (kept only as a cryptographic hash, never in readable form), your display name, your country, and the settings you choose: currency, odds format, language and email preferences.

Subscription and payments

Your plan, its status and history, and a record of each transaction. Card numbers never reach us — they go straight to the payment provider, which sends us back only a reference and the outcome.

What you record in the tools

The bets, balances, bookmakers, odds and stakes you enter in the profit tracker, together with your saved filters, accumulators and the commission rates you set.

Support and community

The messages you send us, and your profile and posts if you use the NinjaClub forum.

Email activity

Whether an email we sent you was delivered, opened or clicked.

Technical data

Your IP address, your browser and device, the country your connection comes from, and diagnostic details when something goes wrong.

Your cookie choices

Which categories you allowed or refused, when, and under which version of this policy, together with a one-way hash of your IP address.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

Every use has a purpose and a legal basis. Where the basis is your consent, you can withdraw it at any time and we stop.

Who else receives your data

We do not sell your personal data and never have. It reaches another company only where that company does something for us we cannot do ourselves — deliver our email, take a payment, host our servers — and only the part of it they need. Each of them acts on our written instructions.

Everything in this list that runs inside your browser is described cookie by cookie in the Cookie Policy. Cookie Policy

We also hand over data where the law requires it — to a tax authority, a regulator or a court — and to our professional advisers, who are bound to confidentiality. If the business were ever sold, your data would move with it and we would tell you before that happened.

Data sent outside Europe

Some of the companies above process data outside the European Economic Area, mostly in the United States. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where noted, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The table says which applies to whom, and you can ask us for a copy.

How long we keep it

The table above gives the period for each purpose. As a rule we hold your data for as long as you have an account with us. When you close it we delete or anonymise what we hold, apart from the records we are obliged to keep — chiefly billing and accounting records, and the proof of your cookie choices.

Your rights

These rights are yours under the GDPR. Using them costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

• Access — Ask what we hold about you and get a copy of it.
• Rectification — Have anything inaccurate corrected or anything incomplete filled in.
• Erasure — Have your data deleted, where we have no obligation to keep it.
• Restriction — Ask us to pause using it while a question about it is resolved.
• Portability — Receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable file, or have us send it to someone else.
• Objection — Object to any use we base on our legitimate interest.
• Withdrawing consent — Take back a consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Cookie choices are one click away from the link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing does not undo what was lawful beforehand.

To use any of them, write to us at the address at the end of this page. We answer within one month; if a request turns out to be complicated we may need longer and will say so and why.

If you think we have got this wrong, you can complain to your supervisory authority: Commission for Personal Data Protection (Bulgaria)

For visitors in the United States

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you by purely automated means that produce legal effects or affect you in a similarly significant way. The tools calculate odds, stakes and profits from what you enter; they decide nothing about you.

How we protect it

Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes, and access to production systems is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect: if a breach ever puts you at risk, we will tell you and the authority as the law requires.

Age

This service is for adults. It is not aimed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us data, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when what we do changes. Every version is dated, and when a change affects something you consented to we ask you again rather than assuming your earlier answer still stands.
