Parlay calculator: parlay odds and payout

Add each leg's odds and your stake: the parlay calculator multiplies the legs into the parlay odds and shows the payout if every leg wins. Mark a leg as pushed (void) and it counts at even money, as sportsbooks settle it; mark it lost and the parlay pays nothing.

Worked example

A 3-leg parlay: Bills -150 (1.6667), Lakers +120 (2.20) and the over at -110 (1.9091). Parlay odds 1.6667 x 2.20 x 1.9091 = 7.00, or +600. A $10 parlay pays back $70.00, $60.00 of profit. If the over pushes, the parlay drops to 2 legs at 3.67 and pays $36.67.

Frequently asked questions

How are parlay odds calculated?

Convert each leg to decimal odds and multiply them together. The product is the parlay's decimal odds; the calculator shows it in American too.

What happens if a parlay leg pushes?

The pushed leg is removed and the parlay is paid on the remaining legs, which the calculator does by counting it at 1.00. Check your sportsbook's rules: a few reduce a 2-leg parlay with a push to a straight bet.

Why do sportsbooks promote parlays?

Because the vig compounds: each leg carries its own margin, and a parlay multiplies them. A 4-leg parlay at -110 per leg pays +1228 while the fair price would be +1500.

Is a parlay better than straight bets?

Only when the legs have value or a promotion boosts the payout. Without an edge, a parlay loses more than the same stakes on straight bets over time, because of the compounded vig.

What is a parlay insurance promo worth?

It refunds the stake as a bonus bet if one leg loses. Its value depends on how you convert the bonus bet: the bonus bet converter shows how to turn it into cash.
