The contest is part of the NinjaBet affiliate program: it rewards the affiliates who bring the most new paying customers during the period below with extra commissions (bonuses, art. 3.10 of the affiliate terms). Only affiliates who accept these rules take part.
1. Who can join
- Every NinjaBet affiliate whose affiliate account is active and who has accepted the current version of the affiliate terms.
- To join, tick the box accepting these rules in the Contest tab of your Affiliate Dashboard and press "Join the contest". We record when you joined, your IP address, your browser and the version of the rules you accepted.
- You can join at any time until the contest ends: every sale in the period counts, including those made before you joined.
- NinjaBet's internal affiliate accounts do not take part.
2. Dates
- From October 20, 2026 to December 8, 2026, Italian time (Europe/Rome time zone): from 00:00 on the first day to 23:59 on the last.
- Payments made in this period count. Every date and time on this page is Italian time.
3. What a point is
- A point is a new paying customer: someone who signed up through your link and, during the contest, pays for the first time for a subscription that earns you a commission.
- Only a customer's first payment with you counts: renewals, customers who had already earned you a commission before the contest and later purchases by the same person add no points.
- A customer counts if their payment has not been refunded or disputed when the contest is settled, on the morning of December 22, 2026 (Italian time): these are the confirmed customers. A customer refunded before then drops out of the count.
- The ranking updates during the contest with every customer not refunded so far; the final ranking is the one at the settlement on December 22, 2026.

- A rank prize needs at least 3 confirmed customers. If the entrant in a rank falls short, that prize is not awarded.
- Prizes that are not awarded are not passed on to other entrants.
- Prizes total no more than €1,500.
5. Ties
- When entrants have the same number of confirmed customers, the one who reached that number first ranks higher, that is the one whose payment that brought them to it came first. If that is also the same, the one who joined first ranks higher.
6. Ranking and "Affiliate #n"
- The ranking is public but anonymous: every entrant is shown as "Affiliate #n", where n is the order in which they joined the contest (the first to join is Affiliate #1). The number stays the same for the whole contest.
- Only you can see which row is yours, when you are signed in. Affiliates who have not joined do not appear.
7. How prizes are paid
- Prizes are extra commissions (bonuses) under art. 3.10 of the affiliate terms and are credited to your balance on December 22, 2026, in EUR, as a bonus commission.
- You receive them through the usual payout request in the dashboard ("Request payout"), under the same rules as commissions for the payout minimum, withholding and expiry (articles 5, 7 and 13 of the affiliate terms).
- A prize alone does not make a balance payable: the rule of at least 2 different paying customers counts commissions on customers only.
8. Exclusions and reviews
- Sales to yourself or to accounts you control (self-referral) do not count, nor do sales obtained in breach of the affiliate terms (art. 8).
- Before prizes are credited we review suspicious cases: customers sharing a device, an IP address or a payment method with you or with another entrant's customers. A prize under review stays on hold until our staff have checked it.
- A prize obtained in breach of the terms is not paid or, if already credited, is cancelled or recovered (art. 3.10).
- If your affiliate account is not active when the prizes are calculated, your prize stays on hold until the matter is settled.
9. Changes to these rules
- These rules carry a version number, shown at the top of this page; your entry records the version you accepted.
- We may change them only for a justified reason, such as an error or a legal requirement. Changes are published on this page with a new version number and apply from publication. If we change these rules during the contest, a customer who already counts keeps counting. A refunded customer never counts.
10. Affiliate program terms
- The contest is part of the affiliate program: anything these rules do not cover is governed by the affiliate terms, in particular art. 3.10:
3.10 Bonuses and contests. NinjaBet may, at its discretion, offer bonuses (for example on an affiliate's first paying customer) and run contests with prizes among affiliates. Taking part in a contest requires accepting its rules in the dashboard. Bonuses and prizes are credited as commissions once the refund window of the sales they depend on has passed, and follow the same expiry, withholding and payout rules as commissions (articles 5, 7 and 13). A bonus or prize obtained in breach of article 8 is cancelled or recovered.
