By using this website as a visitor, a registered Free user or the holder of a paid subscription, you accept these Terms of Use, which govern our service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This is a legally binding agreement between the user (you) and ITAR BG LTD. (we), which establishes the General Terms and Conditions between ITAR BG LTD. and you regarding the visit and use of the website. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions under which the website is offered at any time. Any participation in the services of www.NinjaBet.com constitutes acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to comply with any of the above and following conditions, please do not use this service.
The use of this website is subject to the following conditions:
Art. 1 — Free membership
Registering for free gives you access to a limited version of the content and tools reserved for subscribers. The Free membership costs nothing and you can close your account whenever you like.
We may change what the Free plan includes. If a change materially reduces the service, we tell you by email.
Art. 2 — Paid subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Premium, NinjaSure and the other plans offered on the site) are open-ended contracts, billed in advance for periods — monthly, six-monthly or yearly — depending on the plan you choose. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
At the end of each period you have already paid for, the next period is charged automatically to the payment method you provided, at the same price, until you cancel. You authorize this recurring charge when you subscribe.
Some plans may be offered with a 24-hour free trial, once per product. Nothing is charged during the trial. When the 24 hours end, the subscription automatically continues as a paid one, at the price of the plan you chose and with the renewals described above, unless you cancel before the trial ends — in which case nothing is charged.
You can cancel at any time from the "Profile" page of the site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until that date and nothing further is charged. Periods already started are not refunded — see Art. 4.
Login credentials are personal and an account may be used by one person only.
Art. 3 — NinjaTrading and NinjaMasterclass
NinjaTrading and NinjaMasterclass are one-off purchases: a single payment gives you unlimited-time access to the guides and materials included. They do not renew and do not create recurring charges.
They are digital content delivered without a physical medium. Access begins immediately after purchase and these purchases are final.
Art. 4 — Cancellation and refunds
Cancelling. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Profile" page, in a few clicks and without contacting support. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, including for a period that has only partly been used. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not reverse the last one.
Renewals. Each renewal is a continuation of the same subscription at the same price. We charge only the amounts disclosed to you at sign-up, and you can stop them at any time by cancelling.

Art. 5 — Billing, prices and payments
The subscription fee is charged in advance, when you subscribe and then at each renewal of the period, to the payment method you provided. The billing day may shift, for example if a charge fails or if a month does not contain the corresponding day.
The price you pay stays the same for the whole life of your subscription, renewals included. If we change plan prices, the change applies to new subscriptions only: we never raise the price of a subscription that is already active.
You can change your payment method from the "Profile" page. If a charge fails, we may suspend access to the paid tools until a valid payment is recorded; we email you before suspending.

Art. 6 — Liability
The content and tools on NinjaBet.com are for your personal use and may change over time.
The odds and data we publish come from external sources and are updated automatically: they may contain errors, delays or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of the information, and the betting decisions you make remain your own.
We promise no financial result. Any example of earnings or returns is illustrative and is not a guarantee.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event.
Each user is responsible for the content they post in the community areas of the site and, by making it public, authorizes its reproduction on the site.
Art. 7 — Links to third-party websites
This site includes links to third-party websites, offered for your convenience. They are outside our control: we are not responsible for their content, their availability or the terms they apply, and the presence of a link is not an endorsement.
Art. 8 — Use of the service and account closure
You must be at least 18 years old to use NinjaBet.com.
You agree to provide accurate details, not to share your login credentials, and not to use the service in breach of the law or in a way that damages how it works.
If we find a breach we contact you stating the reason and give you 14 days to put it right. If the breach continues, or in the case of a serious breach — fraudulent use, account sharing, unlawful activity — we may suspend or close the account with immediate effect.
If we close your account for a reason that is not attributable to you, we refund the unused portion of your subscription.
All content on the site — software, documentation, text, images and the logo — belongs to ITAR BG LTD and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction is prohibited.
Art. 9 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country or state where you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
